The thing I liked about the music in Majora's Mask was that it was the most emotional part of the game.

Through the endless time-traveling, you can't help but begin to feel detatched from the doomed world. Link is outside of time, just as the player is outside the game. But when you hear the Astral Observatory or the Oath to Order, two of many very emotional songs in the game, you're forced to ask yourself, "Why am I so touched by this? Oh yeah, because the world is ending." The game pulls you in and pushes you out, emotionally, something that it would be bad for any form of storytelling to do, but the main character is pushed in and out as well. You feel a connection to Link not felt in any other Zelda game. Besides that, it's just an emotional rollercoaster, which is always interesting. I'm not sure if the music in Majora's Mask is really the most emotional music I've ever heard, but accompanied with the game itself, it is perfect.

The fast-paced music of the pop flyin' Mask Salesman plus the adrenaline written all over his face while doing it is just plain creepy. :psyduck:

My favorite music is nonetheless the Clock Town Day Music.

Soothing to the soul, dewds.

I've got the gamecube version of Majora's Mask, but I just checked to see that YOU CAN'T GET IT ON THE WII SHOP CHANNEL.

Somebody needs to fix that.

I have Majora's Mask on my laptop. Oni Link is the best Link so far. I wish he would have made it in Brawl. That would have been cool.

I personally find Dr. Wily stage 1 from Mega Man 2 to be one of the best VG themes I've ever heard.
