Incorrect! Rather, the opposite is true. True randomness is not funny, has never been funny, and never will be. Otherwise, we'd be able to amuse ourselves for eternity with an RNG. Rather, there must be something of a "method" to "random" humor- some thought must be put into it. It helps if there is some kind of pattern. True non-sequitors are nearly never funny. Half-sequitors, however, often can be.
