I was replaying Pokemon LeafGreen the other day, and I talked to some NPC in the Cerulean City PokeCenter (god i sound geek), and he says:
''That BILL!
I heard that he'll do whatever it takes to get rare POKÈMON.
He's not above doing all sorts of thing, I've heard.''
