not bodaciouslyExeres wrote:Because that's not what the Bible says.
however, taking the old testament as what it really is, which is mostly metaphors, the bible says nothing on the subject

the subject being evolutionExeres wrote:On the subject of Creation? Because that's bodaciously the FIRST THING it talks about.
there's no mention against evolution at all in genesis, when taken as a story and not a factual retelling
Re: Fun Facts/Useless Trivia
The bible does say that he created humans out of nothing (well, dirt). Not that he took apes and gave them a soul and thus humans were created or whatever anyone could think of to talk about evolution as a metaphor.

Ian Mckellen was asked to play Dumbledore in the Harry Potter movies after Richard Harris died. Mckellen refused however as he thought playing Gandalf was too much of a similar role and he thought it would be inappropriate as Harris had called him a "dreadful actor" before.

Pineapples are berries. Also, rotten pineapples are pure poison. Like ground up moon rocks.

Strawberries aren't berries.
The seeds on the outside of them are nuts (I think that's what it was)

Re: Fun Facts/Useless Trivia
Sort of, strawberry isn't an actual fruit, it's a pseudofruit (which is really just a biological technicality). The seeds on the outside aren't nuts, since that's another kind of fruit, they're containers of the actual seeds. Again biological technicality why they aren't considered nuts.
Also pineapples are also pseudofruits, not berries.
