Alright, I want to know how many non quest purple rarity or higher weapons people have found, and if someone knows the odds of finding them that would be good as well. I just found a purple slicing weapon in a crate, then 3 crates later I found an orange spiked metal knuckle. Man am I pop flyin' with the purple weapon cause I am the sharp weapon character and the stats are high. I just know it will become unless some time when I am a higher level, its lvl 26 or less weapon.

has anyone ever found anything worthwhile in a locked chest? my friend went and rushed lockpicking since that's usually a pretty handy skill, but even in level 3 locked chests we find negative modifier sticks and junk, aside from the first rifle we found (early in the city so we had no ammo for it)

Ugh, no, I went for max lockpicking early and always find junk.

Opened a lvl 3 box to find a lame white, a couple of walker kills later a purple revolver.

From what I've found, the purple skull can be found in the large sewer (between slums and the city hall) in the small green bio area, climb the ladder and you'll find it near some normal skulls. Do not know where to place it so far.

The orange skull and pile it belongs to are close to each other. After first visit to city hall and the small sewers to the supermarket, you can find the pile up the only ladder in the area, but the skull that belongs in it is in the supermarket basement. (At the very first set of stairs you can find it underneath them in a shopping cart.

And I just recently found the brown skull. Go back to the bunker at the first main area and you'll find a 'warp' tunnel in the corner (orange circle), you will end up in a bunker farther north (warning, there was a suicide zombie inside and it's a small room) and you should find it in there. No idea where its pile is.

Oh, and as far as I know, they give special proletariats.
