This is following an emergency session that was supposedly called to discuss hurricane relief - you know, THE THING THAT FROTHING MUG OF SANTORUM PAT MCCRORY CUT FUNDING FOR IN ORDER TO DEFEND HIS TRANSPHOBIC BATHROOM BILL.

Oh, and by the way, the FBI is in agreement with the CIA that Russia interfered with the election.
