so idk if this goes here or not but on BBC News i read this article that basically shows what it'll look like when america and asia join up in like 300 million years or so. they are trying to name it amasia

The first two times I read this, I couldn't get my mind to jump to geologically joining up. So instead, what I got was "Well that's a funny way to spell Alliance."

People who vacation here ARE protected by general US laws. I think Stran specifically meant domestic abuse, although it's not like a woman or man wouldn't be able to find help, we just can't (I believe) hold the offending person in jail. Case has to be taken care of in the couple's respective homeland.
