Y'know, Ono said he wanted Rolento in SSF4. Rolento wasn't in SSF4.
He also said he didn't want Custom Combos in the game. Juri, Yun and Yang have Custom Combos as Ultras or Supers.

plus, shes not playable.

Shes only an assist character

One of the new features of 012 is that you can call other characters to help you fight for a short while

Aerith is the only known case where the character can only act as an assist

EDIT: Oh, also, Gilgamesh (FFV) also confirmed as a playable character
