Any of you with steam that are in the AZ group should know exactly what this thread is about.
What is this event popup even for? What's it announcing? There's nothing about it, it's just there every time I open steam. Is there a way to get rid of it?
I'm really really tired of it popping up all the time to be honest :C

Unfortunately, we're going to have to live with it. The event is technically nonexistent, so getting rid of the pop-up announcement is impossible.Marbus wrote:I talked to President Magikarp/Ody about it, and he said that it can't be removed.

As far as I know Username made it a while ago (might be wrong) but yeah, it's bugged. I tried getting rid of it, nothing works. Might try making another event, but once that event's over the World L4D2 Party notification might still pop up.
Only solution I can think of is making a new group, but I don't know if the old one can just be deleted.

There are too many new people on here.

Re: of World L4D2 Party
Why not send a message to Steam Support? It's an obvious issue that, as previously stated, isn't only affecting our group but others as well. Sure it's not anything too bad, but it's still moderately annoying. Might as well get it out there and let Valve know about it so it won't just happen again if we make a new group. So if IF or Ody or another admin could contact them (not certain if a regular group member would be much help, but I don't know all the technicalities as this is just an assumption) then hopefully this could be solved.
