Name: Dart
Gender: Male
Species: Charmander
Description of Character: Blue flame on his tail rather than red.
Personality: He's a well-spirited fellow that has respect for everyone and likes to hit on ladies. A lot. He hangs out in town out the local pub, failing to pick up girls. He may give off the feeling of someone who just goofs off, but he knows when to be serious and when to have fun. And he will be serious when the time comes.
AOI: Dart wears a Bandana on his forehead that he found one day strolling past a town. The bandana is red with a black flame on the front. When he gets extremely angry the fire on his tail turns white (This can be removed if it sounds rediculous). His moves are as hot as his tail.

Also his favorite band is Arbok Starship, his second favorite are the Mankees

Name: Rido
Gender: Male
Species: Sandshrew
Description: normal looking sandshrew
Personality: loves to curl up in a ball, very shy. He is afraid of most everything, but when he, or his friends are in danger, he will try to help in the safest way.

Name: Marty

Gender: Female

Species: Glameow

Description of Character: Marty is of average height and build as a Glameow, but she does tend to wear jewelry around her neck. She's the daughter of a Purugly and Delcatty, and has two siblings: a younger Glameow and a male Skitty.

Personality: Marty shows the typical personality of a Glameow. She is spiteful and fickle, and prone to outbursts, but if she likes someone, she's generally quite nice and sweet towards them. She is not one to make enemies with. However, she will eventually forgive a person, even if that forgiveness is simply not speaking to a person. She is also quick to forget if you provide some kind of material compensation. Very ladylike, but she enjoys a good fight from time to time.

AOI: the white spots on her front paws are larger than on a normal Delcatty, and her back paws are black where on a normal Delcatty they would be white.

Name: Scraps
Gender: Male
Species: Delibird

Description: Self-appointed, and generally agreed upon, courier of Serene Village. He is quite bodaciously the mail system within the village, and often makes trips out of town as well if someone needs anything delivered to a non-local, though, if he's busy he'll usually ask Araea.
Personality: Scraps takes his "job" very seriously, and gets jittery and anxious if there aren't any packages that need delivery. He is always extremely courteous and always stops to greet every Pokemon he encounters, even if he's in the middle of an important delivery and, as such, makes friends very easily.
Scraps' fourth move is Fly, though he has never used it. He's terribly afraid of flying, but would never admit it. He usually just makes up an excuse not to. As such, Araea tends to end up taking on deliveries to high places.
AOI: Instead of carrying a sack, he's stitched together a sturdy satchel, which he straps around his shoulder.

Perhaps quests can be posted on a quest board and then a number of people can team up to take on which quest they want?

Then adventure time?

This way maybe we can do numerous quests at once, and keep stories manageable with the number of people involved.

Gender: Male
Species: Spearow
Description of Character: As one of the faster members of the village he likes to explore and be the first see a new sight. Occasionally helps Scraps carry letters.
Personality: As expected, a little flighty and is easily distracted. Amiable enough to talk to but usually not for long before he wants to move around and do something.
AOI: Elongated tail feathers. Message tube around leg.

Your idea is great DND, I think a quest board will be great. So now, I have to make a quest board, and a list of all the taken pokemon.

Name: Komodo
Gender: Male
Species: Ekans
Description of Character: Komodo is just like any other Ekans, aside from some minor details. He has a little Fedora that he always wears, and a Monocle that he keep on him for any odd chance that he needs to read something. Also, he has a fang on the right side of his mouth that sticks out.
Personality: Komodo is relatively calm, not really getting overly excited over anything. He does enjoy it when he find some awesome things while exploring, but never to overly excited.
AOI: He also has a small treasure bag that is tied around the yellow band on his neck.

Species: Gastly
Description of Character: It's a Gastly, BUT, it has BlackGlasses equipped, so he has shades on basically
Personality: While he IS a regular gentlemen, its mostly a facade, as Mr Mumford loves to play tricks or surprise other pokemon, a common ghostly trait, he is an avid believes in fair trade, so if you save him or protect him or hurt him or betray him, chances are hell do likewise
AOI: He's got BlackGlasses equipped, so more powerful dark moves and different appearance

Species: Murkrow
Description of Character: Apart from being quite scruffy, just a normal Murkrow
Personality: Greg is a down on his luck Murkrow that has become jaded to the world and used to failure. Now he just bothers other people that are out on real adventures, stealing what he can and generally being a dick. He is sarcastic, wry, and pretends to be a lone wolf when actually he's pretty lonley.
AOI: Greg carries around a Lucky Punch, hoping it will bring him luck even though he isn't a chansey. Despite not granting him any good fortune it allows him to use several punching moves.
