I've finished the manga, now I want to watch the anime.

However, I prefer subs to dubs. Can anyone provide a good site with episodes on it.

Search "hetalia 01" on Veoh and you should find a subbed version, I've had no problem finding the episodes so far.

Correct me if I'm wrong, bus subs=Japanese, yes?

Because at this point in time the <i>only</i> way to watch them is in Japanese with subtitles.
