Favorite Disney Animated Film: It's a close one between Hunchback of Notre Dame and Hercules, but Imma go with Herc on this one.
Favorite Character (in general. Can be any medium): I'm gonna go with either The Boss, Revolver Ocelot, or Jak from Jak and Daxter for favorite video game character, Cormac from "Forever" as my book character, Iron Man/Tony Stark as my Comic character, and Kenshin from "Ruroni Kenshin" or Nozomu Itoshiki from "Sayonara, Zetsubo Sensei" as my anime/manga character, and finaly Willy Wonka from the original "Willy Wonka and the Chocolate Factory" as my favorite movie character.
Edit: Jesus that was a hard one, and it'll probably change at a moments notice X'D

FAVORITE BAND: I'm going to try and only pick what's currently my favorite, but even with that in mind, I can't really choose just one. The Thelonious Monk Orchestra, The Dave Brubeck Quartet, Vampire Weekend, Ted Leo & The Pharmacists, Moxy Fruvous, The Dear Hunter, Grizzly Bear, Bright Eyes, The Beatles, Andrew Bird's Bowl of Fire
For everything else, I'll try to stick to (a) more absolute favorite(s)
ARTIST: Hmm... Well, Sufjan Stevens has embodied enough artistic mediums masterfully (see: The B.Q.E.) to win me over for the overall favorite, but I feel artists in individual mediums deserve a nod.
MUSICAL ARTIST: Ben Folds, Andrew Bird, Ted Leo
VISUAL ARTIST: I'm not big on paying attention to painting and et cetera, but I do know that I like the comics work of Evan Dahm and Tim Sale (two completely different comics).
BOOK: Hmm. Let's just go with the old standard: One Flew Over the Cuckoo's Nest by Ken Kesey.
AUTHOR: ffffff this is hard umm John Steinbeck! Yeah let's go with that.
ANIMATOR: Richard Williams
GRAPHIC NOVEL: Umm. Okay. Shit. Dark Victory. It's probably just because it's the first graphic novel I read that got me into them. I read it before its prequel, The Long Halloween, which kind of sucks, but whatever.
SUPERHERO: Batman, herp derp
WEBCOMIC: Shit, um.
DRAWN WEBCOMIC: Either Octopus Pie or Order of Tales.
SPRITE COMIC: Either MSPaint Masterpieces or Kid Radd.
MOVIE: Not much of a movie buff. Umm. I guess I'll go with the lame answer and say Princess Mononoke. :u
ANIMOOTED DISNEY MOVIE: The Fox and the Hound, I think.
TV SHOW: Derp derp derp umm. If I watched more of Weeds or Californication, probably one of those. The only show I watch often that I really really like is Burn Notice. I suck.
NUMBER: I'm partial to seven.
COLOR: Teal.
NAME: Leah. I dunno, it's just a good name.
WORD: Smitten.
MYTHOLOGY: Arthurian Legend and Ancient English Mythology in general.
What am I forgetting OH DUH
VIDEO GAME: The Legend of Zelda: Majora's Mask. That's pretty well-established 'round here, though.
