He knows now.
Next time I saw him he told me,
"I went on google to see what a Nintendo 64 was! It looks old!"
Also, he apparently doesn't like Ocarina of Time. Even with the guidebook!
I find that surprising because I was his age when I first played Ocarina of Time.

I just feel bad that no kid would know what Eat_Box's avatar is if they were to look at it.
I also feel insanely old when discussing games with younger kids. I feel more old when I realize that both me and a friend of mine that I've known since I was three years old are both about to go into college, we're both uncles, we've both had at least three girlfriends, and we've been friends for roughly all of our lives. That's some heavy shit.
Or, y'know, whatever.

I realized about a month ago that the internet has killed a little part of my heart that I'll never get back.

lol word filters.
I realized that I was 8 when I first played Pokemon. That's depressing to me.

I recently went back on a teen website I joined in 2002 and holy crap everything's different
And just to add to that, apparently one of the newer members saw when I had joined and asked how it was back then

All of my middle school I used to be a moderator at "Pokemon Platinum" which was a remake of Pokemon GSC with FR/LG graphics.
Ah, those were the days.

I remember in high school band, my teacher was talking about the Beatles and one of the freshmen asked in all seriousness who the Beatles were.
That scares me.

I hated Ocarina of Time for ages before I finally sat down and played through it.
Try and get him to play it for a little bit and he'll be hooked.

I joined here about a year after it was created. But I only started being active in 2009. It's just crazy to think how this shaped me into the person I am now from when I was a senior in high school.
Also I am still kind of shocked that I am a legal adult.
