I don't see what's so neat about this one. It seems like pretty much any other song I've played.Xabyrn wrote:Best one.
Also, this guy sucks at using bombs :I
You are now manually breathing.
I was kind of exaggerating, yeah, but I definitely find it distracting.Decker wrote:No it doesn't, you're just playing at a super low resolution.
Especially when you get two achievements right after each other.
I'm playing on 1280*1024, by the way, so not exactly super low.

Because the song from Iji is much louder, and thus makes your weapons much stronger.
I guess. I haven't played either on Beat Hazard, but I've found that calmer songs are much harder to beat than louder ones.

The achievements are pretty much only "PLAY TEN SONGS" and "GET 29038 POINTS TOTAL", right?
This is when achievements become a stupid gimmick more than something you're supposed to be proud of. They probably just threw them in to get more sales.
I don't even know why I'm whining about that.

There's some like "Don't fire for 60 seconds", "Stop firing for 5 seconds at least 10 times in one song", "Kill a boss before it fires", "Complete a 3 minute track without losing a life" and so on. I'd say about 60% of the achievements are like your examples.

the quieter and slower a song is the more screwed you are. that's why I cant beat one more time, once it gets to the slow part woop doop boss time.
They also want you to pay more cheddar for iTunes support, what the fuck.
I made some research and I heard that the music doesn't influence the game all that much. It's got some pretty average reviews too.

Apple's stingy with their AAC licensing costs, supposedly the 99 cents covers that.Tabarnaco wrote:They also want you to pay more cheddar for iTunes support, what the fuck.

If you're buying music from iTunes anyway, what's another 99 cents to get fucked for it?
