Steam coming out for Mac!
Judging by the amount of rejoicing, those certain reasons are pretty heavy then. Besides, you COULD use both Mac and Windows on the same computer if you have the knowledge how to do so.The Big Cheese wrote:How is that stupid. People buy macs for certain reasons. They shouldn't have to buy a whole 'nother computer to play games.Mete wrote:Wanting to play pc games but using a Mac is pretty stupid in the first place.

Or you could get a PC and stop having an inferior computer.Tall-Hatted Yanimae wrote:I would prefer saving my space for just Steam rather then an entire computer software that I'll never use other than for Steam.

I do not see why the Mac is better for drawing. A tablet works just as well on either computer, yes? Also PCs can be upgraded easily, but with macs you need to buy Apple's latest computer every year.Tall-Hatted Yanimae wrote:let me think for a moment naw
I like PC's. But this mac was a gift and it means a lot to me.
And It's fantastic for artsies :U

Macs are specifically designed to work with people who like to create.

Haha!
That Mac/PC argument is never gonna go away is it?
Truth is, the whole 'Macs are better for art' thing is based on arguments from decades ago, when there was a whole lot of difference between the ways Macs and PC were set up, and the levels of data they could handle.
Those differences have long since gone.
The way I see it is - both pieces of tech can run programs like Adobe CS with no real performance differences between the two, and after all, it's the software that enables the artist - right?
Long story short, the whole 'Macs are better for artists' thing is outdated by about two decades, so don't even go there.

It will always be around so long as Apple does silly things with its computers. Like only putting one button on the mouse, and making it incredibly annoying to upgrade.DoNotDelete wrote:Haha!
