I dunno, I thought the Resident Evil movies were alright, they introduced the mainsteam audience to the appeal of the Resident Evil series and had better reviews than most other video game moives.
anyway, I just hope this Earthbound movie really is based on the game, though I wonder how they'd portray Mr. Saturn.

Man this movie was amazing. The games that were produced afterwards were horrible, though. They had the goombas and Bowsers character designs way off, and don't even get me started on the plot.

Precisely. That is the reaction you get through out the movie. Also they kidnap a whole bunch of girls all LoZ style and then Luigi leads them out on a mattress.
