This scheme has been launched by the Prime Ministerof our country Narendra Modi on 22nd January 2015. Survival, safety and education of the girl child will be ensured through this scheme. And Efforts will also be made to improve the sex ratio through this scheme. Feticide will be banned under the Beti Bachao Beti Padhao scheme. Also, thesurvival and safety of the girl child will be ensured. Various types of efforts will also be made to ensure the education of girls through this scheme.

Beti Bachao Beti Padhao scheme was launched by the government in the year 2014-15 only in 100 districts. So In the year 2015-16, 61 more districts were added to this scheme. Presently this scheme is being implemented in every district of the country. Through this scheme, the standard of living of thedaughters will improve and their future will be bright.
