This video that I just watched looks very realistic, maybe it is, but now with the growth of technology, I can't be sure about it. I watch a lot of https://virnal.com/shorts every day and many of them are absolutely fake and it's obvious right away, but some I can't even suspect in fake. The fact is that now even any student can use programs such as Photoshop, adobe after effect and similar applications to create a video in which there will be a montage and you won't even notice it. Therefore, do not always trust what you see in the videos. It's better to listen to other people's opinions once again and understand what they think about it than to trust the videos.
