Ingredients for snow:
1. Water
2. A freezer
3. Blenders (preferably 20 or more)
Just make about 50 tons of it and spread it evenly across the neighborhood

The snow that fell yesterday had mostly gone away by this afternnon, but then on my way home it started snowing again. <3
And has been since.
And we're supposed to have a storm on wednesday with approximately 20 cm of snow.
