Pottery wheel question!

I'm looking to get Sailor Moon a pottery wheel and honestly, I have no idea what to look for. Nothing too expensive but one of good quality. I know she was looking at skutt, speedball, and Brent wheels. I've been looking for used ones around my area with no luck. She is quite good at pottery and she's been wanting her own wheel to use at home (she's at college now) for the past two years. Any help would be greatly appreciated with childrens pottery wheel!
