Check out these steps to download the canon driver setup file on your computer system.
Initiate the process by entering the web browser. Type ij.start.canon in the URL address bar of your web browser. Hit the enter button to go to the result page.
Then, locate the language setting bar on the top right side of the interface. Set the language to your preferred one for your convenience.
Scan the same web interface and locate the "Setup" option on the right side and press it using your mouse cursor.
Then, you will notice a search bar in the middle of the web interface. In the search bar, you need to type the full name (including model number) of the printer. Press the "Go" button to proceed.
You will come across a webpage with an option to choose your country/region from "USA" and "Canada." Select the appropriate option according to your geographic location.
After this step, you will find the "Download" button on the screen. Also, there is an option to change the version of the canon driver setup file to match your computer's operating system. You can find this option on the top right corner in the form of a drop-down list with different OS choices. Choose one from the list.
Click "Download' with the cursor to initiate the downloading process of the canon driver file. The ‘’.exe’’ (in the Windows operating system) file will download under 20 seconds.
Do not forget to check the file's location after the download process to ease the commencement of the installation process.
