I want to be the guy that kinda knows the hero, but not enough to warrant any sort of real importance. Probably killed within 30 minutes of robot takeover.

Yeah, I've got glasses too. I'm that guy that tries to run away from the monster, and then trips and his glasses fall off. While he frantically searches for his spectacles, the monster creeps up on him. When he puts the glasses back on he comes face to face with the monster and then gets torn apart just off screen, although later the hero finds his bloody remains.

Well, I don't have glasses, but I am pretty fat. So I guess I'd be the guy who tries to run but gets too tired and stops to get his breath, but gets his lungs stabbed out or something.
