Open-faced whole-grain bread sandwich with a... umm... I can't say scrambled... badly-made sunny-side-down egg with no runny yolk, a bit of chopped leek, and a little bit of goat cheese. Sprinkled lightly with salt.

Maybe this should go in the recipies thread, I don't know.
