Um, the action was cool, but the storyline was really nucking futs. There was no practicality with Deadpool's meter long blades. Seriously, where the hell is he gonna put those? Unless he doesn't ever bend his arms (he does) he can't have those things in his arms.

X-men Origins: Wolverine was basically shitting on DeadPools death-loving face.

I didn't really like this film. The movie felt very.... rushed. The story felt like it was trying to go through Wolverine's life as quick as possible, showing you just what happens as opposed to why it happens, making many plot elements feel quite arbitrary and unexplained.

It's a shame you don't get to see more of Wade Wilson. What little performance we got to see of Ryan Reynolds at the begining was amazing. But it's understandable, considering that it's a movie about Wolverine, not Deadpool. Deedpool just happens to be a small part of Logan's life.

As for the future of Deadpool, I'm excited. It's been confirmed that there's going to be a stand-alone Deadpool film covering Wade Wilson's life, once again starring Ryan Reynolds. It's going to be amazing if they can do it right.

Edit: also, this is Deadpool's ending in the movie. Note the disfiguration of the face, and his mouth being opened once more. The Merc with the Mouth is on for a majestic return.
