I'm tired. People who don't understand polyamory are tiring.
I am in despair. People who don't understand polyamory have left me in despair.

I left my pc idling and came home to viruses. It must have been infected ads or something since I havent downloaded anything lately. This is really ruining my day.

What's so hard to grasp about polyamory?

"I love this person. And also this person." is the base of it, right? Just non-monogamous love/relationships, I believe. I get that some people wouldn't "approve" of it, but it's not a difficult concept to grasp. :psyduck:

There's no Hollywood romcoms about That Special Someone And Another Special Someone As Well so John Q. Public ain't feeling it.
The A in this case stands for Armageddon. As in, Armageddon a boner because this plane has a fucking HOWITZER sticking out of it.

I just found out that the Inspector Gadget reboot is only airing in the US via Netflix.

WHY

It aired on Boomerang everywhere else in the world, and it was going to be on Cartoon Network before the sudden change.
I really shouldn't be this angry over a cartoon, but it's just one big "fuck you" to American fans.
Some of us don't USE streaming services, Turner Broadcasting, you pieces of shit. Same to you, DHX Media, for enabling this.
Is this the future of television? Are shows no longer going to actually air via cable or satellite? Will we be forced to adopt streaming services or cease watching television altogether?

Well to be fair, the ratings system that makes or breaks most shows on broadcast television is broken as fuck these days. That's why good (or so I'm told) shows like Community get cancelled, while (insert mediocre sitcom here) has been on air for (insert maximum appropriate number + 3) seasons.
And that tends to give content creators incentive to skip the networks and go to streaming, where it's no longer about ratings, you just get your licensing fees according to actual, accurately trackable demand.

Mom threw a handful of salt packets at me, thinking I'd think it was funny (normally not a wrong assumption since we're practically a family of cartoon characters). Unfortunately, I was busy doing OCD stuff to make sure my food was just right and it put my head into chaos and I spent a lot time crying. I'm a very unfun person when food is involved.
Don't blame me; I voted for Kodos.

The smoke detector in my room is broken and kept deciding to sound itself. Once at 1AM, once at 2AM, then I took it out of the ceiling and removed the batteries.

A 70% on my latest computer science project, hm?

It wouldn't run at all, hm?

Spat out an error about a null string, hm?

I can easily replicate this error by leaving out the command line arguments the professors told us to use, hm?

Golly gee I wonder how much more faith I can lose in UMBC's computer science department. Fuck this noise.

Last year I had to retake a class because the school's linux server (for submitting projects) straight up lost my final.
Since this is garbled English, please refer to the brutal attack of confusion.

Had a similar issue with mine. Beeps for the batteries (OR SO I THOUGHT), so I replace the batteries then go through the resetting steps printed on a label inside the detector. Beeps to confirm new batteries.

No more than one minute later, it starts doing the battery beep again. So I remove, then reinsert the battery, go through the steps, and close it back up. Surely I just missed a step the first time?

Nope, started beeping again.

So I ripped that fucker right out of the ceiling and disconnected the cables.

I may die, but I will die in a peaceful, restful slumber.
