Being categorized in the Aspie group, I also find I talk a lot once I get to know someone. Almost way too much, in fact.
I swear, people are just too nice to tell me to shut up for a minute. Not that I'd take it well, but still.

On the flip side, I can't talk to someone I've known all my life if there is someone even slightly unfamiliar within earshot.

Like, when I started posting to AZ, I only kind'a sort'a said something once in a blue moon while a Buddhist cashier at Walmart just so happened to be sacrificing a fried chicken over an easybake oven after a seagull ate his/her pizza.
Now that I have been around long enough, I feel like I've gotten to know nearly everyone and now I post multiple times a day with pointlessly longwinded sentences that don't ever seem like they will end as I have no clue how to keep things short and sweet.

Edit: Bappie, I had no idea your avatar had a rotation.
Don't blame me; I voted for Kodos.

It certainly is easier to talk to someone over the internet than irl, isn't it? I think it's because you have enough time to think about what you're going to say and not sound as stupid. :)
Airra wrote:I looked into that, but I decided I didn't want to make RPGs of that sort and wanted to make things that are more reflexive. I moved on to Unreal Engine 4.
Thinking I might look at Unity since games made in it are generally more accessible due to lower hardware requirements, though.
I've tried working with Unity before, but it just wasn't working out for me. There was just too much for me to keep track of. RPG Maker was much easier and it seems to benefit my game more than Unity could at this point. I haven't worked with Unreal Engine yet, but I've seen it's capabilities and it looks awesome!

Though once I get to know someone I can talk A LOT.
Also welcome to AZ!
Yep, I totally get that. We're a special bunch XD And thanks for the welcomes!

For some reason I just do not pick up when someone is autistic unless they mention it to me. You all are cool regardless.

Unless you know what to look for, you probably wouldn't catch it. It's usually by their speech patterns, like stammering, or quirkyness. At least, that's how it is for me. I just ignore the world around me and be myself. Like the derpy guy in my profile pic!

I have the annoying thing where I am constantly rocking back and forth in my seat whenever am having any vague sense of fun and I frequently have one-sided conversations with myself whenever there isn't anyone else in the same room.

The only thing that could be picked up online is my difficulty getting interested in things that don't fall into a certain undefined category (things relating to videogames and overall fun), and even then you would probably need to know to look for it in the first place. I used to be super lacking in empathy but managed a way around it so I can better understand other people and know when the things I am saying are getting too blunt or whatever, though I still have a lot of troubles and listening to someone talk about their problems generally has me less feel bad for them but more feel bad that there isn't anything I can do to help them.

Generally, in a place like this, I blend in and you won't find me unless I allow you to find me. Bahahahahahahaha!

There, there, CN, I'm still the mistress of the shipping wall.

I had it changed because I wanted a name that wasn't "themed" like Marcato. Also I think this username is really cute and as we all know I am obsessed with cute.

Edit: One of my Steam friends mentioned that my nickname wouldn't be Marc anymore and that is an excellent point that I didn't even think of. So that's reason #3 in hindsight.

Hello all, I'm Synrey, I'm the kind of person who lurks a lot simply because I don't know what to say, and when I do figure something out someone has beaten me to it.
Also my time zone means I'll be ahead of most people so if the world ends I'll be going first, that's how date specific apocalypses work right?
