Anyone else experiencing very laggy matches online today?

I swear it worked just fine the other days but now I'm getting nothing but lag, and I wonder if it's just my connection.

So apparently I was temp banned from online because I was playing with a friend and then did like two self destructs and then closed my room.

These rules feel kind of strict to me.

Wow, I didn't realize how much I could mercilessly get the shit kicked out of me until I started playing online. All I do is bounce around and take a dick load of damage while I try to recover in these tiny-booty stages.

So yeah, I'm having fun.

while i'm glad i'm seeing less little macs, i've noticed that the new for glory metagame has become roll away and spam projectiles
like, if you know how to approach, then it's not hard to counter, but the problem is that these people make the match take forever

+ bonus points if they're really laggy
