She is female, is obviously not human, and is the main antagonist in the first game. She tries to kill you with rockets and has blue on her "body". As evidenced by this piece of fanart, she is shaped like a human.

She's pulling strings in order to bring this creepy robot guy to power by mashing universes together, shit's cray. She uses magic and these big fans in combat, never quite touching you, simply sending you flying. Her dress has blue accents on it and she's supposed tobe some sortof demon.
