Serina from Halo Wars.
Halo Wars is a RTS spinoff of the Halo games set 30 years before the original Halo. The game follows the crew of the ship, "Spirit of Fire" as it does battle with all the scary stuff in the galaxy. Serina is the ship's A.I., controlling it and providing intel on the battlefield. She differs from Cortana in that she's actually clothed, is at least twice as british and is even snarkier.
