Well yeah of course he doesn't remember it, but you dont have a last name "given" to you. It's just something you're born with. His family name is Mertins, and since he was born of that family, that is his last name too. Whether or not he knows it does not change the fact that it is his last name.

Also, the house the Destiny Gang was in near Junk Town is the same house from The Creeps.

I witnessed for a few seconds during Jake the dog that while Finn is going crazy from Ice Kings crown, that when old Marceline goes back to Ice Kings cave HE HAS THE CROWN ON AT THE SAME TIME FINN DOES.

I know its probably a mistake but it still made me freak out.

Why does the Ice King have Spongebob's voice that is the WORST VOICE.

No he doesn't what

Maybe more classic Spongebob than current Spongebob, but they do have the same voice actor and the voices are way to similar.

I'm only on episode like 2 or something so I don't know if he sounds any different later on but my ears must just be crazy.

They're not too similar, but yeah, I hear it too.

Looks like they reiterated the whole "You either die a hero, or live long enough you see yourself become the villain" thing with Simon...

Also, does this mean that The Lich was the first mutant born from that strange super bomb? I had always kind of assumed that he had always existed, and only "woke up" because of the Enchiridion

Yea I noticed that too, Im not really sure how they would fix that if it was a mistake

I don't know how this show keeps getting better but it does
