Apparently the growth from Rosechu was some kind of horrible STD.
The commotion causes Sonichu to mutate into a horrible disfigured freak and wave around frantically.
So some super cool badass mayor jumps in and is all like "sup homes thanks for savin the day and stuff" and Sonichu is all like "It's cool, bra."
Wait, go back, what kind of pet name is "Sweet Bolt"? Wait a minute....Sweet....bolt.... oh gross it has to do with the thing in the store obviously....EW.
The glorious epilogue lets us all know that the mayor is actually Sonichu's father.
which means....he got a...a pikachu...pregnant.....oh my god EW.
Sonichu expresses his thoughts that "yep there he goes.....so not gonna get any."
