Probably not...I'm too much of a procrastinator to stick to a regular comic schedule. Plus my good comic ideas are few and far between.

His justification for why he wants it to be a national holiday is as follows:
-America should celebrate the day Mexico separated from Spain
-We need a secondary RUCKY day
-It "just feels right" to him
The logical answer, of course, is that he's a huge egotist who wants his birthday to be a national holiday.
His ego is such that he actually wants people to build and dedicate an entire IRL CWCville to him. Or at least a mall. With a mayor's office in it.
