They look different to me. There's a noticeable difference in the teeth and tongue, though I'm not sure about the horns.

I only see a difference in the eyes.

Actually, it looks like there are more differences than similarities.

1: The teeth are at different angles and sizes
2: In one, the tongue is rounder, and in the other, the tongue is narrower and has a line down the middle
3: The arms are going in different directions
4: The heads are in different positions, one is higher than the other.
5: The eyes you mentioned
6: The nose is radically different

Really, the only vague similarity I can make out is the horns.
