I don't normally like much on Cartoon Hangover, either, but I really like this one for some reason.

Checked out the first episode, didn't like it. The pilot was alright if unfocused, this was a bit sloppy.

Tartakovsky signed a deal with a studio to do three movies, the first being that Dracula movie from a little while back. The next is a Popeye movie, but after that he's got free reign for the last movie. A Samurai Jack movie is probably the best bet seeing as how Genndy been trying to get it started for years now.

Dracula movie? You mean Hotel Transylvania?
That's getting a sequel next year, actually.
Anyway, the Samurai Jack movie was already in pre-production back in 2012, so it's most likely happening. We just don't know when.

Did anyone else see Over The Garden Wall? Cause I think it's easily one of my favorite cartoons of all time now

First of the final five episodes of Ben 10 Omniverse aired today, and it started the week off right by promoting Rook to Magister and finally setting up Fistina as a future Plumber, which I had actually hoped they'd do.
Also, there were two Graveyard Shift Plumbers named Bryk and Morty. They were both really burly guys but the reference isn't lost.

Finally going to finish my Hellboy collection. Ordered the last 3 volumes I don't own yet. Going to reread the whole series once I got them
Now I need to get physical copies of BPRD.
Also picked up Copperhead issue 1. So far I like it, but my store hasn't stocked issue 2 yet so I'm forced to get a digital copy for now.

Everyone here needs to at least ironically watch Sonic Boom. It's hysterical.

I wouldn't say "hysterical", but I did really like it.

There is simply not enough of Saga to satisfy me. I wish I could bring up the patience to just wait for the trades.

Well, Malware is definitely coming back now.
I was surprised that after the whole "we're stronger as a team thing" that Skurd didn't unlock full fusions for Ben, but we'll have to see what happens in the last three episodes. Maybe it'll lead into a new series with a focus on fusions.

Well, that was an interesting way to wrap up a romantic subplot. All those cameos, even Drew Saturday! Non-speaking role, of course, can't be bothered to pay all of those voice actors, now, can you?
Now all that's left is the finale. Or at least that's what I'm gathering from the titles.
I hope the next Ben 10 series comes as quickly as Omniverse did after Ultimate Alien.
If there is another one...

Oh, boy. Kenny is Spanner, who would've guessed, sarcasm sarcasm. They changed Kenny's voice actor just so they could pull that. Of course, there was further retconning of Future Kevin being evil, but that doesn't really matter. The whole "President of Earth" thing is kind of awkward, but it's Argit, so I'll forgive them. Bringing back the Annihilarrgh for Maltruant's final scheme was...a nice touch, I guess? I kinda feel like they added that in last minute as "Look, remember this thing? It's relevant again!"
Hopefully Part 2 will be better.

I was right, Part 2 was definitely better. George Washington, Vilgax, then the...uh...5th dimensional beings who created the Annihilarrgh. Forgot the name. Turns out they used the Annihilarrgh mostly for creating rather than destroying, where a universe is only destroyed if one already exists in its place. It was a bit sad to see Skurd go, but I'm surprised there was nothing about fusions, especially when it was blatantly advertised by Ben 10K. What I found interesting, though, was the apparent setup for an apparent new series being...a road trip across the universe. Seems a bit...not creative, to say the least. We'll have to see how it goes. If there is one, that is.

The newest episode of Regular Show was amazing. Thomas was a Russian spy named Nikolai and they planned to steal the secrets of American parks for use in failing Russian parks. When it turned out that their park was painfully average, they decided to steal the park using giant jets attached to the side and bring it to a Russian missile without firing it. The fact that they bypassed nuclear détente through what is essentially "Why are you hitting yourself?" is hilarious. It's also kind of sad to see Thomas go.
