I watched the movie for Watchmen, and I honestly didn't like it.

It just needed some combat and such. Less..remembering of old times.

Things like this make me sad. You are entitled to your own opinion and all, but I'm still sad.

Silly Syobon; Movies don't need dialogue or character development.

They need AKSHUN and MICHAELBAYSPLOSIONS.

The novel's ending didn't seem that outlandish to me. We're dealing with a story influenced by comics that include inter-dimensional super-beings and multiple near-identical universes. A psychic alien doesn't seem bizarre compared to some of the shit you get from Marvel.
The A in this case stands for Armageddon. As in, Armageddon a boner because this plane has a fucking HOWITZER sticking out of it.

I'm reading some of the current Deadpool team-up comics; You get an idea of just how wacky some of Marvel's character pool is with this series.

Well, I've never actually read an American comic before, they're hard to find here. Stranger things have happened in fiction of course, but it just seemed out of tone with the rest of the book. It was unexpected.

Watching American Dad last night...I hear Grey Delise's voice

Her only voice roles that I can stand are Mandy and Frankie

All that's left now is the season finale, and then we have to wait about 6 months until the next season.

Yeah, but it didn't make sense in the universe of Watchmen. In fact, Watchmen wasn't originally going to have original characters, but DC decided that its already-existing characters didn't fit into the universe. Rorschach was originally going to be The Question, Nite Owl was going to be Blue Beetle, and I think Dr. Manhattan was going to be Captain Atom or something.

My personal problem wasn't just about the psychic alien. The problem was that the whole psychic alien plan went so well. ohai psychic alien better not have anymore wars herp de derp

-Insane Pinkie Pie was hilarious
-Batman Brave and the Bold kicked so much booty
-Generator Rex was awesome as usual

Late but

I don't really know why Watchmen never clicked with me. Maybe overhype, but when I eventually did watch the film, and read the comic book I felt let down.

I appreciate what it did for the industry, it kind of showed that graphic novels can be serious things and all that.

I just didn't enjoy it all that much. At all actually.
