It's pretty remarkable that with a fanbase as large as it is, Andrew's foreshadowing is subtle enough that many things go by unnoticed/still successfully surprise.
I found that page linked by Andrew himself in one of the MSPA chat threads. No one else had picked up on it, or at least no one had posted about it before hand.
