I bought the first 5 volumes of GANGSTA. and am reading Volume 2 now. I've watched all of the episodes of the anime that are out now too. The series is fantastic.
Burn 'em to shreds, tear 'em to ashes.

Recommend me a comfy anime to watch plis.
Patlabor yo. Patlabor is about as comfy as you can get in mecha.
I know I'm late as fuck to this but I'm gonna throw out Dai-Guard if you want more comfy giant robots.

I've been watching Xabungle fairly slowly. It's pretty fun and definitely refreshing after Escaflowne's slow-booty drama.

I'm watching Joshiraku now because I stumbled on it while looking for the Jugemu Jugemu 4koma from FMA Brotherhood.

Also Is it wrong to try to pick up girls in a dungeon?

Its kinda old news but i haven't seen anyone mention it.
Thats unusual. Did the author admit to screwing up his own plot?
Due to his health issues his publisher wanted him to finish up the manga faster than planned, the fact it was rushed became apparant as the story started skipping around and the quality suffered. It also worsened his condition so he ended up not even finishing the manga three chapters short of what his publishers wanted. Its been a few(3-5?) years now and his health has improved (id assume) enough that he wants to write again. Exactly where he is restarting wasnt mentioned though.

I havent seen the anime but if you liked it there is:

Overlord, Re: Monster, and Slime Datta Ken.
all three where originally light novels about reincarnation into a fantasy world

The last one came out december 2012.
The new one is available now too. I have no idea at what point it restarted though.

It started out well enough. The constant fanservice got annoying though and the end left questions open and kinda didn't feel satisfying since it was just some random bigass monster that appeared out of nowhere. Sounds to me like they're going to make another season.

I just finished jojo's bizarre adventure part 3. It was good. I'm kind of disappointed that there isn't anything for the other parts. At some point, I'll try the manga.

I got to the second arc of Gurren Lagann and I guess seven years made Rossiu kind of a dick?

Also I love this whole soundtrack.

This week in One Piece:

La la la, not much happening. Kinda weird stuff that doesn't make sense, vague after-battle wrap-ups, random shit SUDDENLY MOTHERFUCKING KAIDO.

Way to throw that in out of nowhere, Oda.

I had no idea what Nami's group was doing.
Also I have to admit I squeed a bit at Kaidoshowing up. Finally an enemy who will just straight up fight.

Started watching Jojo's Bizarre Adventure (2012) on impulse. I like it so far. Should I also read the manga?

Four episodes of Gurren Lagann left. The third half is just introducing so much crazy, ridiculous, AMAZING bullshit and I love this.

From what I've heard, you should(I should read it as well, at some point.... eventually) But I hadn't gotten the idea to read the mango until after I finished the series, and the only translation of Part 4 I can find is godawful.
In my opinion? You should watch it all the way through, then go back to read through it to find any references that might've slipped under your radar.

IMO Part four is just awful, i just dont care about any of the characters. I didnt care at all when anyone died It took me months to get through part four cause it killed my interest in Jojo.
