I disagree.

Some parts of the movie could have been better.
I'd argue about the parts I could remember but I'd be spoiling the movie for those who might still want to see it.

And I have been fortunate enough to not meet a single Twilight fangirl.
The heavens smiled upon me by sparing me from them.

Dragged Pale into The Good the Bad and the Ugly.

Watched that movie of my own volition on Hulu one day.

Turns out, it's my favorite movie of all time now.

People are stupid for not caring about foreign movies. The Japanese, for example, make much better horror movies than Americans. And I heard from my Communications teacher that Hollywood takes ideas from foreign movies and remake them just to appeal to Americans, while the originals are done better. He gave some examples but I forgot the names, mostly horror movies.
Few foreign movies ever get noticed in the first place, most suck and remain unknown from the rest of the world.

How come whenever someone always says that Japanese Horror films beat the shit out of American Horror films, the only examples they bring up are The Ring and The Grudge?

The only other Japanese Horror film I've seen get equally good reviews was Audition. And even then, nobody has seen it.

Someone's never seen that one Asian zombie movie starring an all-girl's swim team.

It's just that Hollywood relies on cheap tricks that make you jump, but not genuinely scare you, while Japanese horror is more atmospheric, I guess? That's just hearsay though, I don't like horror.
