Today I watched Pom Poko. It was actually quite interesting... the only thing which disturbed me were the balls of the male raccoon dogs. First they were just dangling around everywhere, later on they folded them up and used them as flying devices (capes, parachutes). When there was this one scene where some of them fought against the police men and bloated their balls and crushed them under it, it definately reached wtf territory.
But the most wtf was, when they stretched out the balls of the oldest elder and turned it into a ship where they were sailing down the river .
But apart from that, it's a nice story, and the message is definately something to think about.
