I just hope it wouldn't be "hey this is totally the death star except in different form, here have this Darth Vader referencing character" if it were to happen.

I've decided to stop playing Borderlands 2 for a bit. It's insanely frustrating when I have to deal with enemies that drop your shields like they're made of paper and you can only take three hits. And on average I am one level above/below said enemies.

Beat that shit. Level 33. Fuck all the bitches.

The Warrior was disgustingly easy. Jack was worse but he didn't even feel like a boss as much as a warm up.

I am also like totally rustled that this wasn't the final boss music.

That just doesn't fit with Giant Magma Beast very well.

I loved the Warrior fight, and one of the DLCs is going to be called Moonrakker. James Bond references in that one probably, and it's probably going to involve destroying the moon base.

There is also one called The Depth of Dahl or something like that. More info on Dahl, probably. Something to do with Caustic Caverns.

I beg to MASSIVE SPOILERS differ.

I suggest turning The Warrior video down a bit, but not all the way.

Another thing about it is that it doesn't seem like something that Gearbox would do. A song like Short Change Hero over a final boss of that caliber just doesn't fit the overt insanity that Borderlands sticks to. In my opinion it worked fine with the intro, but after I've been exposed to pretty much everything that Pandora has to offer, a mellow song like Short Change Hero just doesn't fit with the final confrontation. The game makes it clear that it's all about the gung-ho guns-blazing type of badassery while to me, Short Change Hero doesn't fit well at all with the final battle of Borderlands 2 and all of the badass it contains.

While this game is so much more bad booty, I feel like it's also so much more sombre. Yes, you defeated the big bad and saved the day, but so many people died along the way, and the fact that their are so many more Vaults in the galaxy doesn't help. Yes, they are all gung ho and ready to go, but my guess is that everyone is going to die by the final game. Even the Vault Hunters from that game. The price for victory is going to become bigger and bigger, to the point that you're going to be fucking fighting something of the equivalent of Jubileus from Bayonetta. No, maybe more like the demon you summon to punch out Jubileus' soul. I forget her name.

I guess so. I just like having things circle back like that.

also i don't care what fancy words you use, a mellow song still fits better than the generic shit they used for the fight.
