Bah, it probably was. But hey, this is good; this is why we test. I'll leave it on tonight again with the sleep function disabled. As for now, I'm online and the server's ready to go.

I made a Tekkit server since I have no clue when Brekk's will be open to the public. It currently has me, Runes, Sol, and two others. The IP is 50.88.65.108

It's whitelisted, so post here if you want in.

Currently, we have a base under a mountain right next to a village northwest of spawn.

Actually you know what

I'll let Noffletoff have the market on Snapshot servers; I'll go into Bukkit hosting so we can have a "regular" server.
Unless anyone objects, but I haven't seen anyone log into my snapshot server lately.

Hey. Hey.

I wanted to host the 1.3 server. Just calling it. Once 1.3 is out, we making a server, and you guys are invited!
(by the way Mojang is talking, it seems like it should be really, really soon.)

Also, Sol, I would have logged into your snapshot server, but got lost on my way to upgrading to the snapshot. lol

Ablu's cool, I'm cool, Sol's cool.

I really need to improve my forum reputation :shakefist:

I know right? Last snapshot had barely anything in it. I thought that was a sure sign that we would see 1.3 soon. But nope, a whole other month waiting. Maybe they are trying to squeeze the new Mod API in there. If so, that is completely worth waiting.

Well its a pretty big thing to implement, so chances are if i was developing the disparity between SMP and SSP, I wouldnt want to halfass it in an update and leave people hanging for a couple more months while I get it finished. Thats kinda something you shouldnt leave unfinished for awhile.

Well, if they put it in now, they could release mini updates like 1.3.1 to add on/fix it. I wouldn't think that they would release something that big by itself in a mini update, so we would have to wait until whenever 1.4 happens.

Problem is that with mini-updates you frustrate a ton of modders who have to update every few seconds until the API's finished.

Also in the latest snapshot you can punch boats AND THEY WILL DROP BOATS (they still drop planks and sticks if they crash). AND SIGNS STACK. Pretty minor changes but at least it's more than the last snapshot.
