Just close the minecraft client and try again, which server are you trying to connect to?

I'm guessing you didn't update your jar to the latest snapshot?

Take this http://assets.minecraft.net/12w21b/minecraft.jar

And then go to C:\Users\YOURCOMPUTERNAME\AppData\Roaming\.minecraft\bin\

paste that jar into the bin.

Its a pre-release test for an upcoming update.

AKA the devs got bored and "leaked" the next update for the game.

Every big update to Minecraft lately has been several snapshots officially being released at once. This is basically allowing for people who care enough to test the update in small bits so it all works (mostly) when it is officially released.

In Notch's day, we would just be on Minecraft 1.238 or something.

I don't know which one I prefer.
I don't usually download snapshots, so there's almost always something ridiculously different from what I'm used to, and a lot of it, but I kind of like that.

On the other hand, the constant updates cause a lot of bukkit update needing and other such annoyances.

I love that there are more time between official updates. That way mod developers have more time to add features and do bugfixes of their own code than adapting it for new versions all the time. It is also better to find bugs and clear them all out on each update instead of finding new ones constantly.

It seems someone has placed cobblestone blocks next to the fences that we used to keep the testificates from being killed by the zombies, and the last testificate has died. We had fence gates inplace so no-one would have use blocks to get over the fences.

oh well... :colbert:

I have two that moved into my shop building thing I have. One sells Cookies and the other buys books.

You know you can build houses and have them move into them right? I can spawn two if you make a nice home for them.
