The game maker could use creative mode to be able to fly.

If you look around there are invisibility plugins that turn certain people invisible. It could be used on the game makers as well so they can travel around without the other players knowing.

IMO, if we do have one of these games, dead players could use godmode and the invisibility to annoy the players with minor monster spawning.

Yeah, that's what I was thinking. I don't really know anything about plugins - is that something the person that owns the server installs, not the people playing?

Correct. You would have to use Bukkit to use plugins though.

Oh, would everybody need to download that? Sorry, I don't know much about these kind of things.

Flicky, would you be busy both days of the weekend tomorrow? The best day for me is probably next Friday.

Bukkit is a modified server. It only changes behaviour on the server side and not on the client side. AFAIK, all the recent AZ servers have been running it. Mine certainly did and the one before that did as well.

What about the time? I'm on GMT, so I guess I'll be a few hours ahead of everybody.

I will have to pass up being a part of your starvation play.

And I think I should finish the Moonreading Tower...

I'm thinking about doing something cool. What should I do? I was thinking about doing a dungeon or something and then sending the map files to whoever wants to take it on.

But of course there's the fact that I'm no good at design. :T

So I talked to Droolio today and we are going to give it a shot.

What I want to know:
How large of an area do you want per player?
Do you want to start like the movie? Everyone at the same spot with weapons available?
Should players be able to mine regular rock? Ores should still work.

Yeah, I like that starting at the same area at the start thing. Being able to mine stone would be useful in case our weapons break.
