Re: The Big Ol' Minecraft Thread!
I shall summon a horde of wolves to strike fear into pigs. I just thought of something cool. You could use arrows to snipe creatures from afar, you could have the wolves hunt after it. As an example: Pig far away, pointless going to go and smack it to summon the wolves, so shoot the pig with an arrow, and the dogs should chase it down.
They can smell the blood and fear of the poor pigs.

According to twitter they're also working on bears and a health system/stackable food.
I'm excited they're finally starting to do shit with the game again.

For anyone who's been playing on my server:
I think I've recently found out how to change worlds, which I am going to try out today.
I think I have the worlds we play on safely stored away, but just in case it gets lost in the process or something I hope no one's gotten too attached to anything on it.

Odds, would it be cool if I were allowed into your server? I have a Hamachi.

I love this game.
> find dungeon
> go to explore
> forget to mark my specific path back
> simply putting torches everywhere and mining
> "Fuck, what do I do now?"
> wander for hours on end
> finally dig staircase-like thing out of the dungeon
> 6 blocks away from the bridge to my house
Now how's that for luck?

Currently trying to find an area with at least a bit of snow in one of my worlds but it seems I'm doomed to forever discover nothing but deserts in every direction. Just because I have an unhealthy obsession with glass doesn't mean I want to see sand for miles on end. ;~;
