I just installed the painterly pack but now minecraft isnt working

After the blue "Mojang Specifications" thing the window closes

Installed? You just need to put the rar into the texture pack folder dude.

I have NO idea then. I change around my Paintely Pack all the time and I've never had that issue. Back up your saves and delete the .minecraft folder and try again or something.

I would if I could, but I cant re-download it

Im having yet another problem (this one is actually affecting a lot of people right now, according to the minecraft forums) where it keeps saying "too many failed log ins. Try again in 10 minutes" and then will say it again 10 minutes later
