I was going to suggest we leave noticeboards around so people can leave messages like that if they want.
I might build a noticeboard outside my base.

Announcement: all plots of land in AZ Desert are as of now free, areas that haven't had anything built in them or fenced are free for taking as well. Also loot my house for anything you want in there. Drath Tomb is found by following the aqueduct.
I'm leaving the general populated area of the server.
