Wait what? The wind doesn't affect your sailing anymore?Operation Awesome wrote:I think you mean "amazing"shazza wrote:oh, so it doesn't go you play song -> link plays song -> action happens
disappointing :[
this is saving me literal hours
the swift sail means I only have to change the direction for deku leaf glides anyway

No it does, it's just that the song no longer has Link repeat what you played before asking you what direction to make the wind go.Syobon wrote:Wait what? The swift sail automatically changes the wind direction you sail towards.Syobon wrote:Wait what? The wind doesn't affect your sailing anymore?Operation Awesome wrote:I think you mean "amazing"shazza wrote:oh, so it doesn't go you play song -> link plays song -> action happens

Re: The Legend of Zelda
It's gret but you can't turn for shit, you have to go back to your normal sail before you start turning.
Also I'm already at the part where I need to get the triumph forks. I don't remember this part being so early.

that..sounds really disappointing tbh haha it never bothered me that much and kind of added another layer of depth i guess that you had to change the wind every time
the more i hear about the things they change the more i'm like "so they just made it way easy??" and its just kind of saddening to me i guess

Re: The Legend of Zelda
but see
the stuff they changed did not make it "easier"
there was no challenge in changing the wind direction or following charts to triforce pieces
what they did was remove the complete and utter bullshit

Re: The Legend of Zelda
i do like the chart change; that quest never bugged me THAT much but 90% of the time was trying to get cheddar to pay tingle so yes i'm pop flyin' about that
but idk i dont see how changing the wind was such a big deal i supppose considering the only time it was ever annoying was when trying to use the leaf..

Re: The Legend of Zelda
I mean if it makes you feel any better you can play the entire game without even seeing the swift sail so

Gonna get WWHD on disc tomorrow
Completely depleting my wallet
thus leaving me no cheddar to buy X and Y
I think I'm making a horrible mistake
