WWHD is a lot like the Wii re-releases of Pikmin 1 and 2 in that I don't think I can ever play the gamecube game ever again.
I mean goddamn.

I dunno about that. Playing it on the little screen is handy though.
edit: have they made a couple tweaks in the dungeons? I've only just gotten to dragon roost and into the volcano

you know the triforce quest
they have completely fixed the triforce quest
also the wind waker, grappling hook, and cannon are all mapped to the d-pad
and the cannon now has an aiming reticle
and just the motion controls are a lot nicer than aiming with the c-stick
and you can move in first person
and just
aaaaaaa

Instead of the various chests containing triforce CHARTS, now five of the 8 just contain the shards themselves.

I did the triforce quest proper a little while ago and it wasn't that bad. The oasis one was kind of bullshit though, you can't expect me to look up.

i want the ww wiiu so bad but tbh i don't want the game D: i already have it on gc and while the remake sounds nice and is gorgeous the part of me that's like "the original format is the one you want to keep in your collections/why own two of the same game" blahh

"why own 2 of the same game" well because WWHD is pretty much better in every way
I own the original too and I bought the new one. Don't think I can ever play the original again.

Yeah it's a pretty solid upgrade.
edit: both me and my brother got to the rock wall on outset and I didn't notice any significant slowdown. Though I have encountered slowdowns elsewhere, like when I was fighting the Safe Haven Boss.
