Aren't copies of WW a bit hard to find?

Pretty much.

Back then, most stores kinda stopped carrying some games after a year or so. Wind Waker fared a bit better, but it was pretty much gone by the time all things Twilight Princess and Wii came about.

Plus, I don't think they ever made a Player's Choice of it, which affects the price a bit.

They did in fact make a player's choice edition, because that happens to be the version that I own.

It didn't really help that I didn't even know the series existed until three and a half years ago.

Gotta agree with Madican though--I don't like it when games over-use bloom.

And guess what sucker has the original golden disk version?

This guy. 8)

Someone had the GALL to sell Wind Waker to the used game bin. Oh well, his loss. :)

Wind Waker only ever came on a golden disc though, my player's choice version is gold.

That's the least special accomplishment in the world.

Ah, I never saw it in my area.

All copies of Wind Waker around here were $50 until TP came out.

That reminds me, I have a copy of the very first game that my friend found in a thrift shop. I wish I had an NES.

Sweet! Im so glad you noticed that. :) Im actually more psyched that it still works actually. Quite well too.

And between you and me, at this point theyve really worked on the HD Remake at this point, so Im going to say that I like it now. Im okay with a bit of bloom, just not sunflower bloom. Wind Waker's first cut had its problems in graphics too and one of them was the fact that sometimes it makes me wonder when anti-aliasing became a thing.
