The third one (the one on the volcano) is the worst because one of them is right in the middle of nowhere and you can easily miss it on the sand slide.

However, I found all of them pretty easy, if not incredibly stressful.

Oh, great. And here I had trouble finding all of them in the first one. I might as well just accept that I'm never going to beat that game.

I actually rather liked the Silent Realms. I thought they were well designed, even if they were surprisingly easy.

Cotton balls are a big help. And worst comes to worst, use a guide to breeze through them with the easiest route. If they're a part you hate, no worries about getting help.

I remember on the last Silent Realm there's that one tear that's over a puddle of the water stuff and you have to push a little cart into the puddle to get it

It was the last one I needed to get and I had already triggered the guys so there was no way to get rid of them

I had to inch the cart as far as I could then run away over and over until I could get it

was p. tense

It was beautifully tense, and violently so.

Those were great. Frightening. Just the right amount of frustrating. They sort of try to psych you out with time limits and unbeatable enemies and dramatic music. If it was a goofy race minigame with Tingle chasing you and hitting you with balloon weapons it wouldn't seem so difficult.

I feel the same, but that doesn't mean that I don't dread doing them. I hate stressful things like that, even if they end up being pretty cool in execution, ehehe.

Gah. My first time in the Bottom of the Well I had no idea that the Sun's Song petrified the ReDeads. Fuckin' terrifying.

And don't even get me started on Dead Hand. I'm 16 years old and played OoT for the first time last year, and Dead Hand nearly made me cry.

...I don't do well in horror games.

But if you just drop a cart of bombs into these various demon wells instead of exploring them, suddenly you are the bad guy.

When I first played through the Bottom of the Well, I was hardly terrified, Dead hand was a bit of trouble but nothing majorly dangerous.
